As a passionate and meticulous designer with over 10 years of experience, I’ve strived to touch multiple media points in my career to gain a deep understanding of how to strategically extend brand promises. I have extensive experience in broadcast, in-store digital signage, branding, and interactive designs. Some major clients I have worked for include Nordstrom, Microsoft, Disney, CBS, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, HBO, Time Warner, and ESPN.

I believe in building a strong foundation for projects. A foundation where designs can build steadily, expand, and enhance. I try to ask myself why when making decisions, see the process as the reward, curate, and believe in changes that work to improve things. I design and direct with purpose to give value and relevancy to my work. I believe that weak concepts with little rationale will undergo too many changes to maintain its integrity. I relish the challenges that come with design and strangely feel a strong responsibility for what I output to the public.

Ever since I was little I have been a junkie for visual stimulations. When wandering around a city, I find myself looking in every which way to find engaging signs, colors, shapes, and compositions. I dream and wonder what the story behind those designs could be. What’s the artist’s life like? What’s their inspiration? I have long had the goal of finding a way to articulate what differentiates myself from other go-to commercial designers, but have yet to find an angle that captures my story. Maybe I like to consider myself versatile and hard to label. Either way, it’s safe to say that my thinking and approach around design are constantly evolving because I continuously find new and engaging forms of inspiration.

The exploration of many styles and media has allowed me to work with a wide range of brands. I feel incredibly rewarded when I help clients find and deliver a strong voice for their audience. Even when I’m retired and bathing off the mediterranean coast (fingers crossed), I will continue to work on ways to form a strong visual communication. A communication that will build long lasting relationships.
